Real Transformations From Our Coaching Programs
The results from changing one area often generalise across multiple aspects of a person's life, leading to the overall transformation of the individual.
We have abbreviated the cases and changed the names of individuals to protect client confidentiality.
Case Study One: Finding Her Personal Mission
When Jenny came to us, she did not have a clear direction and purpose for her life. She was unfulfilled despite a having a loving family and material wealth. Like many women who have held high profile jobs, she found being a full time mother unsatisfying. She felt that she was not contributing and was wasting her talents, but she was also apprehensive about going back to work.
In our work with Jenny, we helped her uncover what was driving her behaviours by eliciting the unconscious values behind them. The results surprised her. When she realised they were, she had the choice to change her them. As a result, she was also able to overcome her nagging internal conflicts.
Two months after the coaching program ended, Jenny contacted us to say that she was "extremely happy" with the new direction she had chosen - being a full time mother - at least for the next few years. She was loving the important role she was playing in the development of her family. She told us that she would have never thought she could be happy "just being a mother" and was surprised how resolving her inner conflicts has helped her gain the satisfaction in life she was craving for.
Case Study Two: Taking Control of Her Future, Instead Taking What Comes Her Way
Paula told us that she never fully participated in life, and that things just happened to her. She got jobs because she was in the right place, and left jobs because of circumstances beyond her control. She felt that she could not leave her past behind and this troubled her. Despite knowing the problem, she did not know how to change it.
One of the major turning points for Paula was when found out how she had unconsciously coded her past and her future. We helped her make effective changes in the way she coded these experiences so that she could learn from the past without it driving her future. We then taught her create a desirable future and how to take a more active role in shaping her destiny.
As a result, Paula is now able to take charge of her own future, and plan accordingly. This has enabled her to be more in control of her life rather then simply take what came her way.
Case Study Three: Developing A Healthy Self Concept
In Mary's opinion, everyone else around her was better than her.
Despite being a capable business woman, there was part of Mary that felt she was not good enough. This belief permeated throughout her entire life, affecting the decisions she made, the opportunities she pursued and the emotions she felt on a daily basis. She often talked herself out of getting what she wanted rather than seize opportunities.
Through our sessions, Mary was able to develop a healthy self concept and change the patterns that had previously held her back. She is now motivated to pursue opportunities she previously thought was beyond her capabilities and she is able to make more strategic and intuitive decisions about her business.
With improved self esteem and confidence, Mary is becoming the person she has always wanted to be.
